With the Lens Calibration option, when using the 'mos2mos' format, select the Shots folder to be the same as the Process folder.

This method allows you to see the results immediately and, by default, the corrected file, will "land" next to the original in order of appearance.
Also if you need to fine tune the vignetting correction, it will be easy to see the results.
