With Leaf Capture v. 11, you can now synchronize panning and zooming on two or more images in Compare View.

 
Click Match all with spotlight image to set the zoom and pan of all of the images in compare view to the same relative location as the spotlight image.

Click Move all with spotlight image to pan and/or zoom all of the images in compare view together with the pan and/or zoom you apply to the spotlight image.
